Who is eligible?

Is your offer suitable for Diplomats and their Families?

Will my insurance be affected when I leave the country I reside and work in another country?
Do you offer MHD Contract ?
Yes. It depends on insurance provider. A minimum of 10 employees are required to be eligible for Medical History Disregarded Contract. Besides that, there is a group discount on the offer.

Do you offer Travel Insurance?
Yes, we offer single and multiple travel insurance. It can be taken out by anyone regardless of where they live. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further details.
Do you offer Medical Insurance for Students?
Yes, of course. Not only is it very competitively priced, but it also meets the requirements for a US Visa and Schengen visa if you are planning to study in the EU. Please do not hesitate to contact us for more details.
Can I seek treatment anywhere in the world?
Yes, so long as it is within the geographical area you have paid for.
Can I go to any hospital?
Yes, you can go to any hospital or clinic within your area of cover. It is a little different if you are in the United States, but it depends on your insurance company. Please contact us for further details.
Do you offer Direct Billing?
Yes, you can set up direct billing with your insurance company or use our free service. In most cases, Direct Billing is set up when you are admitted to hospital or when out-patient treatment is expensive. The insurance company will usually issue a GOP (Guarantee of Payment) prior to treatment, which is the same as a DB. We can help you arrange this as part of our ongoing service.

Who underwrites policy insurance?
It varies by insurance company. The Policies may be underwritten for example by Allianz, SiriusPoint or other reputable and liable companies.
